Join Rebecca Flores and Ashley Warren for this educational and engaging workshop. You’ll learn about the ways we process emotion and strategies for being present with your own emotions in a more mindful way. Rebecca and Ashley will hold space for exploration and guide participants through a series of writing exercises designed to access emotion in a healthy way.
*Writing experience or expertise is not required to participate in this workshop, only a willingness to participate.

Saturday: July 28 9:00-11:00am
Please bring something to write on and write with to the workshop, preferably a journal and pen or pencil.
